Casa Belvedere with Swimming Pool in Solto Collina is brand new renovated and precisely speaking, you have here 2 units each for 2 – 4 people. However, up to 6 people per house are possible, because in each living room you have a sofa bed. Casa Belvedere Sopra is an independent house with terrace, pool and  partially overlooking Lake Iseo. Casa Belvedere Sotto with terrace and pool, is in the basement of the main house of the landlord. Both units can be rented on its own or together. Each house has its own pool. Pictures of the two pools are posted on the website in spring 2016.
 

Casa Belvedere for 2 – 4 or 6 -8  or 10 – 12 People

In each house it has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, living area with sofa bed, TV,  Internet and a bathroom. This holiday house belongs geographically to Solto Collina, but is at the height of Riva di Solto – Zorzino. From the villa you can directly start walking or hiking. In summer you will spend much time outside in the pool, at the pool area or in the garden, which is equipped with garden furnitures and sun loungers.

There is also an on-site parking for several cars.  Casa Belvedere is a delightful place to relax, and you are also fast at Lake Iseo or at Lake Endine. A recommended restaurant is easily accessible by foot.
It is truly an oasis of peace, ideal for summer and winter. In summer, ideal for lovers of water sports, in winter the ideal starting point to go to the ski areas like Monte Campione.

Final cleaning is € 80,-

  • A fully refundable security deposit will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
